The CDLG and FSLGA’s project interventions focus on empowering women officials to participate in decision-making processes while also building their capacities. Working collectively with local government women councilors to enhance women’s participation and leadership, including representation in all committees of local authorities will further enhance and contribute towards better local service delivery processes.
FSLGA provided project management training to members of the women’s council. Project management is a critical skill in today’s workforce. This program covered the fundamentals of project management to them plan, control, and organize operations to ensure that women councilors deliver effective projects every time.
